The path to finding the right space for your business starts with an initial strategy session where Venture RE and your team will sit down to analyze your business model and start to develop your business's Real Estate Strategy. This includes a review of your Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, as well as your budget and operational information. With this information we can determine which space attributes are most important to your business. Location, Size, Layout, Design, Flexibility, Traffic Counts, Walkability, Price, ect.

Next we will provide you with a list of spacces fitting the requirements derived from your strategy session. From these spaces we will narrow down to the spaces you wish to tour. During your tours we will rate each space on the attributes most important to your business. Using the data collected from the toured properties we hope to narrow down your top 2-3 spaces

Once we've narrowed down to your top spaces we will send RFP's prompting a competitive bid and enabling a comparative analysis of the proposals from your top prospects. The Comparative Analysis will allow you to compare both the key attributes determined in your strategy session, the Effective Rental Rates, and Lease Terms of each space. Once a selection is made we will help review and negotiate lease terms to ensure you are entering into a fair lease which you understand.
