Cinderland once again chose Venture RE to assist in finding a location for their new taproom. After a Strategic Planning session and market analysis it was determined that Wexford, PA the Pittsburgh suburb had the metrics needed to support Cinderlands’s new concept. Once a suitable location was found, Venture stayed on as construction manager. Venture’s continued involvement ensured their new space at 171 Wexford Bayne Rd was fit out to meet their requirements and personify their brand. The tenant fit out included installation of a walk-in cooler and tap system, full bar and updated interior finishes throughout.
